[Curator's Comment: I was looking for hunting land this summer in Michigan. In the process of looking, I ran across countless outhouses on property. This is an example of one of the better ones that was found.] This outhouse has carpeting, electric, ultrasonic rodent repeller, wall decorations, "christening pictures", TV antenna and more! The owner purchased the property for recreational purposes and it didn't have any improvements. Of course if you wanted to spend several hours there, doing fun things, the number one priority was an outhouse. It was built by a local Amish guy for a very reasonable price. His son-in-law had a pick-up truck and he and his buddy offered to pick it up from the builder, deliver it to the site, help dig the hole and get it into operation. To make it more friendly and "livable", a little at a time, he added the adornments. Needless to say it was a welcome addition! | |
