First I got an email saying "We pimped a friends' outhouse". Then the pictures started rolling in and sure enough, this outhouse is one of the best we have seen!
This outhouse lives in northern Virginia and was built as a gift for friends to replace the rickety leaning bug-ridden one they had. In the words of Mr. Walker,
"This out house has a tiled bench and floor and a marble threshold.
The moon on the door has been modified from a Scandanavian Tribal Moon Tattoo. The wood on the outside is recovered poplar from a barn that was being dismantled.
The window is a framed portrait of Queen Elizabeth I, which I painted with a disapproving look at the occupant's activities.
The ceiling is a mirror mosaic moon with crystal stars floating on a deep blue sky.
Most of the molding, floor, chair rail and cove molding is gold color to go with the throne, which was inspired by the British coronation throne--the Throne of Scone.
The subtle lighting is battery operated and extremely modified stick up bulbs."

What else can you see in the images shown? Many times a photo is worth a thousand words and I've only elaborated with a few so why don't you add some "color commentary" to my collection. If your addition is worthy, you will find the quote added on the Comments to the Curator page.
